Dear Class,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

National Youth Council (NYC)<\/a>, in partnership with the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE)<\/a> and the National Climate Change Secretariat (NCCS)<\/a>, will be organizing the Climate Youth Development Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an intensive, seven-month programme which runs from July 2024 to February 2025<\/strong>, beginning with a mandatory five-day in-person Induction Week from 22 to 26 July 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need to be a Singaporean\/PR citizen<\/strong><\/font> within the age range of 18 to 35 years old<\/strong>.<\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take note as well this opportunity overlaps your internship period<\/strong>, internship performance comes first<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henceforth, those who are nominated will be known as the “chosen ones”<\/em><\/strong> this is to distinguish between those who try but failed to get the slot.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Chosen ones will get to have dialogues with government representatives and industry experts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Chosen ones will get exclusive learning journeys to organisations that contribute to climate action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Chosen ones will get access to networking opportunities with like-minded peers from diverse backgrounds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Chosen ones will be able to access national resources that can support your ground-up ideas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Upon completion of the programme, the chosen ones will be part of the Climate Youth Community and be offered national-level resources to actualise ground-up ideas and take part in various leadership development platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
