Hope everyone has a good rest over your December holidays! 🎄☃
Some of you have been asked and agreed to help your company on certain days\u2014relationship-building is never wasted. Let\u2019s all pray for a good grade this coming end May! 🙏✨<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you begin the 2nd half of your internship, please take note of some common mistakes your seniors and classmates made around last time and this round. These lessons are shared so you can avoid the same pitfalls. 🚨<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Behavior #01: Getting too comfortable with your boss 😤❌<\/u><\/strong>
Your boss treated you like their own son\/daughter during Internship 1, and it went very well. But after the break, you got too comfortable and started talking to your boss in a rude manner\u2014just like how you might talk to your parents at home. 🫢 The boss got furious, gave you a scolding, and the teachers had to come down to manage the situation. 😔<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

🔑 Learning point:<\/strong> When adults outside treat you well, remember to maintain social boundaries and appreciate their goodwill. Don\u2019t step on it. 🌟
Also, if you\u2019re used to being rude to your parents, it\u2019s time to stop. 🛑 Your parents work long hours to bring you up\u2014show them some respect. ❤<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Behavior #02: Being \u201cDelulu\u201d 🫠🚩<\/u><\/strong>
At your age, hormones and emotions are evolving 🌀, and it\u2019s easy to assume your feelings = reality. 🤯<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you like someone at work, keep it professional. Don\u2019t do wild things like assuming they like you back and start touching their belongings\u2014like their shoe. 👞🙅<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, don\u2019t overthink every small interaction. If a colleague frowns at you 😠, don\u2019t assume they hate you. They might have been scolded by the manager or are worried about their family. People like that need a smile 😊 or a kind word\u2014not for you to catch their negative vibes. 🌈<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behavior #03: Acting \u201cSkibidi\u201d 🕺🤪<\/u><\/strong>
Getting bored at work? Don\u2019t do weird stuff. Just don\u2019t. ❌<\/p>\n\n\n\n

🚷 Don\u2019t climb the fire escape ladder.
🏃‍♂ Don\u2019t find sneaky ways to skip work.
🚨 Serious stuff will lead to the school calling your parents\u2014and nobody wants that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, when you\u2019re back in school next July, take note: breaking school property is no joke. 😳 The repair costs for spoiling the lifts can go up to $30,000++! 💸💸<\/p>\n\n\n\n

💡 Pro Tip:<\/strong> If you feel like being silly, save it for the weekend with your friends. Workplaces and schools are not the places for \u201cSkibidi\u201d behavior. 😎<\/p>\n\n\n\n
