The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has released U.S. Intelligence Community’s 2023 Annual Threat Assessment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is always interesting when viewing such reports because of the different perspectives involved in formulating the final intelligence output. Whether it is business intelligence, technology intelligence, cyber intelligence, or the traditional intelligence for defense, such works are the products created through ultimate forms of human mental capabilities working together to understand the world, environment and various entities being scoped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To create intelligence requires one to be firm in one’s perspectives, yet accepting of other diverse views, understanding one’s strength while acknowledging the limitation of available data and information. The process of creating collective intelligence requires us to tune, to remove our bias and individual judgements, to improve our lens of perception, and craft a binding narrative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only then can we find common ground and work together as human beings with shared lineages. Creating a final intelligence synthesis, to collaborate instead of compete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are interested in what an intelligence report looks like, I have provided a link to the U.S. Intelligence Community’s 2023 Annual Threat Assessment. The report is published on March 8, 2023 (U.S. Time)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
