I will be checking and you will need to submit one video recording before end Aug 2023.
This time round I wouldn’t make face recording compulsory, BUT use your own voice when speaking.
You may show photos/images of your works in the recording.

Record a 30 seconds to 1 min clip as you share about your hobbies and time sink activities.
