The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and the National Environment Agency (NEA) are working on a cross-agency pilot programme to strengthen the current enforcement regime against the use of electronic vaporisers.
Under the pilot, NEA enforcement officers will be able to take action against those caught vaping.
