Indian ITE Students, please note the following EXTERNAL financial assistance schemes available for application.
- SINDA-SIET Tertiary Bursary Scheme 2024
SIET grants bursaries to deserving full-time Indian students who are experiencing financial difficulties and are currently enrolled in government aided post-secondary institutions.
Application:
Students may apply at https://siet.sg or https://srm.siet.sg/Online/Default.aspx. Closing date will be 30th September 2024.
Duration and Quantum of Assistance:
- $150 / month up to 12 months (Quantum is applicable till December 2024)
Criteria:
- Full-time Indian ITE students (Citizens/PRs of Indian Origin)
- Receiving financial assistance from ITE
- Per Household Income (PCI) below $1,000
- Open to all Indian Students (Year 1-3)
- SINDA Monthly Financial Scheme (SMFS)
SINDA is providing a monthly financial support scheme, exclusively for full-time Indian ITE students receiving financial assistance from ITE.
Application:
Students may apply at https://form.gov.sg/65782177b13b930012f2310e. Closing date will be 31st October 2024.
Duration and Quantum of Assistance:
- $150 / month up to 12 months (scheme is valid until December 2024 and will be granted assistance till then or the month of graduation from their course, whichever comes first.)
Criteria:
- Full-time Indian ITE students (Citizens/PRs)
- Receiving financial assistance from ITE
- Per Household Income (PCI) below $1,500
- Fulfill overall class attendance of at least 60%
- Open to all Indian Students (Year 1-3)
