Hope everyone has a good rest over your December holidays! 🎄☃
Some of you have been asked and agreed to help your company on certain days—relationship-building is never wasted. Let’s all pray for a good grade this coming end May! 🙏✨
As you begin the 2nd half of your internship, please take note of some common mistakes your seniors and classmates made around last time and this round. These lessons are shared so you can avoid the same pitfalls. 🚨
Behavior #01: Getting too comfortable with your boss 😤❌
Your boss treated you like their own son/daughter during Internship 1, and it went very well. But after the break, you got too comfortable and started talking to your boss in a rude manner—just like how you might talk to your parents at home. 🫢 The boss got furious, gave you a scolding, and the teachers had to come down to manage the situation. 😔
🔑 Learning point: When adults outside treat you well, remember to maintain social boundaries and appreciate their goodwill. Don’t step on it. 🌟
Also, if you’re used to being rude to your parents, it’s time to stop. 🛑 Your parents work long hours to bring you up—show them some respect. ❤
Behavior #02: Being “Delulu” 🫠🚩
At your age, hormones and emotions are evolving 🌀, and it’s easy to assume your feelings = reality. 🤯
If you like someone at work, keep it professional. Don’t do wild things like assuming they like you back and start touching their belongings—like their shoe. 👞🙅
Similarly, don’t overthink every small interaction. If a colleague frowns at you 😠, don’t assume they hate you. They might have been scolded by the manager or are worried about their family. People like that need a smile 😊 or a kind word—not for you to catch their negative vibes. 🌈

🔑 Learning point: Don’t create situations in your head that don’t exist. If you act on them, you might become a joke. 🤡
Behavior #03: Acting “Skibidi” 🕺🤪
Getting bored at work? Don’t do weird stuff. Just don’t. ❌
🚷 Don’t climb the fire escape ladder.
🏃♂ Don’t find sneaky ways to skip work.
🚨 Serious stuff will lead to the school calling your parents—and nobody wants that.
Also, when you’re back in school next July, take note: breaking school property is no joke. 😳 The repair costs for spoiling the lifts can go up to $30,000++! 💸💸
💡 Pro Tip: If you feel like being silly, save it for the weekend with your friends. Workplaces and schools are not the places for “Skibidi” behavior. 😎

Take care and do your best for this internship! 💪🌟 Make every day count and avoid these mistakes to ensure a smooth and successful experience. 🏆
