What are the different categories found within Control Panel? What do they do?

System and Security:
Allow access to computer system’s settings and view, as well as arm or disable the firewall.
Network and Internet:
Allows access to Network Sharing Center and Internet Options.
Hardware and Sound:
Allows management of compute system’s audio, media, printers and etc.
Programs:
Allows uninstallation of apps.
User Accounts:
Allows management and configuration of user accounts in compute system.
Appearance and Personalization:
Allows changing of text font, navigation properties, entering Ease of Access Center, entering File explorer Options.
Clock and Region:
Allows the selection of timezone and date format.
Ease of excess:
Allows system recommendations and selection of alternative forms of human-computer interactions.
What is the difference between Control Panel and Windows Setting?
